WTH Games Terms of Service
Last updated: April 8, 2025
Hey there, gamer! Welcome to WTH Games. By playing our games or using our site, you're agreeing to these terms. Take a quick peek below to know what's up!
What We Mean by "Games"
When we say "games," we're referring to all the fun stuff you'll find on WTH Games.
Free Games & Paid Games
• Free Games: Some of our games are totally free to play, whether you're gaming solo or using them for something commercial. No cost, all fun!
• Paid Games: Other games come with a price tag—think of them as premium experiences. Check each game's details for pricing info.
No need to ask us for permission to use the free games however you like. If you're creating something awesome with them, we'd love to hear about it—shoot us an email (totally optional!).
Your Privacy & Data
• Privacy Policy: Want to know how we handle your personal info? Read our Privacy Policy. Playing on WTH Games means you're cool with it.
• Data Terms: Curious about how we store non-personal stuff you upload? Our Data Terms have the scoop. You'll need to agree to these too.
Browser Basics
Our games run best on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
You can try any browser you want, and some games might still work like a charm. But if you need help, we only support the big four listed above.
Rules of the Game
To keep WTH Games awesome for everyone, please don't:
- Tinker with or rewrite our game code.
- Hide or remove the "WTH Games" branding—it's how we keep the fun rolling!
- Add our games to other gaming, timer, or countdown sites.
- Sell our free games (they're free for a reason!). It's fine, though, if you're including them in a paid course, workshop, or project—just don't charge for the game itself.
Our Limits
We pour our hearts into making WTH Games great, but we can't promise it's flawless. You play at your own risk, and we're not responsible for hiccups like:
- Lost profits, data, or game time.
- Mistakes in game timers, event dates, or translations.
- Any glitches, interruptions, or even wild stuff like injury or damage.
Spot something off? Tell us, and we'll jump on it. But we can't cover losses if things go sideways.
Updates to the Rules
We might tweak these terms whenever we need to, with or without a heads-up. Changes kick in right away, and sticking around to play means you're on board with the updates.
